Open Arms Preschool is looking for a caring, dependable, and nurturing Infant Teacher Assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with infants and is passionate about providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. At Open Arms, we strive to provide a loving, Christian environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn through meaningful relationships, exploration, and play. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, dependable, and comfortable caring for infants from 3 months and up. What You'll Do As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you'll work alongside our Lead Infant Teachers to provide high-quality care and support throughout the day.
