I JOB SUMMARY
The Program Assistant I at
LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER - CCOS
(Children's Clinical Outpatient Services) provides mental health care for children and adolescents, ages 2 years to 18 or older if they are still attending high school. The Program Assistant I is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This role involves assisting with the coordination of program activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications. Assist in the coordination and implementation of program activities and events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and documentation. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and external partners in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily program functions. Assist in the development and distribution of program materials and resources. Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the program.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of previous employment in an administrative or program support role Familiarity with data entry and management systems Employer conducts Level 2 background screening.
KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
