Position Overview This role combines hands-on instruction with customer engagement and program support. The Children's Activity Specialist will work across three core areas: Preschool Gymnastics Instruction

• 15 hours/week Swim Instruction
• 15 hours/week Front Desk & Program Planning Support
• remaining hours Key Responsibilities Preschool Gymnastics (15 hours/week): Lead age-appropriate gymnastics activities for preschool-aged children Promote physical development, confidence, and fun in a safe environment Follow lesson plans while adapting to individual learning styles Swim Instruction (15 hours/week): Teach swim lessons using Small Fish Big Fish Swim School curriculum Ensure water safety and positive learning experiences Communicate progress with parents and caregivers

Front Desk & Planning Support:
