Duties Assist in supervising and caring for infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times Support classroom activities that promote early childhood development, including sensory play, tummy time, and social interactions Help implement daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with health guidelines Engage with children through positive interaction, encouraging exploration and learning through age-appropriate activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that fosters safety and developmental growth Collaborate with lead teachers to observe and document each child's progress and behavioral patterns Support behavior management strategies that promote positive social skills and emotional well-being Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans when necessary Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and nurturing qualities Ability to work effectively as part of a team dedicated to high-quality childcare Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of infants and young children throughout the day This position is ideal for compassionate individuals eager to support early childhood growth while developing their skills in a dynamic educational environment.
