The Physical Education (P.E.) Teacher Assistant supports the P.E. teacher in planning, organizing, and supervising physical education activities. The assistant helps create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment that encourages students to participate in physical fitness, sports, and recreational activities. The candidate must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
Job Schedule:
7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., Monday -
Friday Qualifications:
High School diploma required
AA / BS / BA
degree in education preferred Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church Experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred Must have excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice and correct spelling and grammar Must have a professional demeanor Must have collaborative skills Excellent classroom management skills Ability to work well with students of diverse ages and abilities Ability to supervise and engage students effectively.
