Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer and Customer Service Skills are required. Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and Communication skills. Bilingual-Spanish/English-preferred.
Responsibilities:
Complete data entry for incoming referrals. Prepare client charts and files. Conduct all filing for the Clinical Services Unit. Assist in the collection and submission of all contractual based invoicing for referral sources. Data Entry Collect and Process payments from clients. Conduct other clerical duties such as order office supplies for the Clinical Services Unit. Answer phones and route calls appropriately. Participate in the performance of a variety of duties involved in collecting and entering data into an electronic computer according to programmed instructions; verify and distribute resultant printouts as required. And trouble shooting as needed. Provides basic program information for all incoming inquiries about all programs at West Dade; documents the nature of requests and refers to appropriate staff. Coordinate the collection of data from providers; participate in the preprocessing of data to locate missing information and to make corrections, as necessary. $15.00 per hour
