In this role, you will assist students with learning, helping them focus on tasks while providing a positive learning environment that fosters growth in literacy, math, and early childhood development. Your enthusiasm for working with children and commitment to educational excellence will help inspire students to reach their full potential. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing classroom atmosphere while gaining valuable experience in education. Duties Grade student assignments accurately and provide constructive feedback to support learning progress Support classroom management by maintaining an organized, engaging, and positive environment for children of various ages and abilities Work closely with students, including those with autism or disabilities, to promote inclusive learning experiences Help implement behavior management strategies that encourage good conduct and focus during lessons Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities Support childcare duties such as toddler care, preschool activities, and Montessori-based learning approaches Experience Prior experience working with children in classroom settings or daycare environments is highly preferred Knowledge of special education practices, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, or literacy education is a plus Classroom management skills gained through preschool or private school experience are advantageous Familiarity with early childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and students Previous experience in Montessori or preschool settings is beneficial Join us in creating a vibrant educational environment where every child's potential is nurtured!
