Recruitment of needed staff in all areas. 2. Ensure staff recruited have required qualifications. 3. Setting up job interview schedule. 4. Scheduling and setting up policy committee meetings . 5. Competing policy committee meeting minutes and submitting them to the Head Start/Early Head Start Director . 6. Input necessary Child Plus staff data entry such as the input of all staff qualifications. 7. Review and complete the VPK, ELC, Head Strat and Early Head Start applications and contracts. 8. Attend component staff meetings and assist Head Start/Early Head Start Directors at such meetings. 9. Assist with NAEYC Accreditation Process and annual submission. 10. Plan for continued improvement of all service areas and the total agency. 11. Work with management level staff as part of the annual staff evaluations 12. Compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees. 13. Plan and coordinate the staff development process; the agency's needs assessment, and necessary training . 14. Policy development and documentation; 15. Assist with employee relations; employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health matters. 16. Work with community vendors and establish partnerships for fundraising efforts by establishing and working with the Fundraising Committee and the Head Start/Early Head Start Director. 17. Assist with Licensing Requirements. 18. Assist with filing and record keeping of related documents. 19. Attend meeting at administration's request. 20. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary 21. Manage purchasing process. 22. Assist with staff development process including maintaining all documentation on staff course enrollment and submitting course grade at end of semester to the Head Start/Early Head Start Director. 23. Assist with the completion of Head Start / Early Head Start forms including the PIR and Child Plus when applicable. 24. Treat all documents with confidentiality. 25. Assist the Education/Mental health /Disabilities Facilitator in day to day operations 26. Input data for Education, Mental Health & Disabilities. 27. Assist Facilitators and Administration as needed and required.
