Studio Assistant

The Grove Art Studio is seeking a reliable, energetic, and creative Studio Assistant to support our growing children's art studio. We are looking for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and wants to grow long-term within our company. Responsibilities Assist teachers during art classes and studio activities Prepare materials, aprons, and classroom stations before classes Support classroom management and student supervision Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment Wash brushes, palettes, and shared materials throughout the day Sanitize tables, tools, and classroom areas between sessions Assist with opening and closing duties Support studio events, promotions, and community activities when needed Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Team-oriented mindset Interest in art, education, or creativity is a plus Professional Expectations Must arrive 30 minutes before class start time Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude Follow studio safety procedures at all times Maintain a clean and professional appearance No personal phone use during class hours Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company long-term.
