Naples' award-winning Preschool of the Arts is seeking full-time Teacher Assistants to join our exceptional team of early childhood educators for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Apply today to join our growing team of innovative educators! Naples' premier Preschool is seeking qualified educators to join our team as Toddler Teacher Assistants. Our ideal candidates will be loving and caring nurturers with experience working with young children and have a passion and dedication to the field of early childhood education. Teachers must inspire creativity in the classroom environment, be warm and loving caregivers, as well as a responsible educational leaders.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm with two afternoons per week of extended care until 5:30pm Educator in this position will: Provide FL DCFS Training Transcript verifying FL 45-hour training certificates Have knowledge of Early Childhood Development practices Implement weekly schedules and a creative curriculum to prepare students for Kindergarten Ensure your classroom is well run Provide a stimulating environment for the development of your student's needs Respond to your student's needs Establish a positive and productive relationship with your student's parents Use appropriate discipline practices for children according to their age Keep the classroom environment clean and safe for children Have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing using correct grammar Maintain direct supervision of all children in care at all times Have the ability to work as a team player Have a positive attitude and be passionate about supporting and inspiring students We offer: Competitive pay, state of the art facilities, supportive administration, and opportunities for professional growth.
