Assistant Teacher

We Are One Services, LLC currently operates 3 Childcare Facilities and 1 Private School in the Pine Hills and Mercy Drive communities, we believe that partnering with our families allows our students to overcome any socioeconomic obstacles they may face. We place a strong emphasis on providing individualized learning experiences for all of our students, being mindful of their needs and personal development. Purpose:

To provide a warm and nurturing environment in which students can grow physically, emotionally and intellectually.

Requirements:

1. Must have required 45 Hours of Training with the Department of Children and Families, or have the willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of hiring. 2. Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children. 3. Good spelling, and grammar. 4. Ability to organize the flow of a busy classroom. 5. Must be able to relate and interact appropriately and professionally with children. 6. Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds. 7. Physical stamina - must be able to bend, stand, sit on the floor, etc. 8. Evidence of emotional maturity and stability including the ability to separate personal (emotional) from business/work. 9. Ability to speak distinctly and to communicate verbally with parents and children. 10. Be in agreement with philosophy, mission and overall direction of the program.

Pay:
