We're a faith based preschool rooted in community, love, and learning, and we're looking for an Assistant Preschool Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to guide our energetic and curious 1 to 3 year olds. This part time position is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference without giving up their whole day. We go along with Brevard Public Schools' schedule, including being off for the summer!

About You:

You're not just a teacher, you're a guide, a nurturer, and a champion of early childhood wonder. You have a love for Jesus and a heart for serving families and children Experience in early childhood education (especially with toddlers!) Strong classroom management skills balanced with warmth and flexibility Ready to laugh, lead, and leave a lasting impact

Duties:

As the Assistant Teacher in our 1 to 3 year old classroom, you'll be the heart of the class! Creating a warm, nurturing, and structured environment where little ones feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Foster social, emotional, and spiritual growth through patience and creativity Collaborate with fellow teachers and families to support each child's development Assist teachers in daily activities and responsibilities Embrace the beautiful messes and magical moments that come with toddlers!

Experience:

Proven experience working with preschool aged children in various settings such as daycare, private schools, or Montessori environments is preferred Strong background in childhood development is prefered Familiarity with early intervention techniques and special education practices is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
