Summary We are seeking passionate VPK Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant team at 4041 County Road 210 W, St Johns, FL 32259. In this role, you will contribute to creating a joyful and educational atmosphere that supports children's growth and discovery, aligning with our mission to inspire lifelong learning. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting. Knowledge of early childhood development principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Passion for nurturing children's growth and curiosity. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Educational background in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus. Responsibilities Implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and VPK students. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes social and emotional development. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning experience. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress. Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Support children's individual needs through personalized attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Follow all safety and health regulations diligently. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
