Guest Service Associate/ Swim Instructor (WE WILL TRAIN YOU!)

Requirements:

Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area Ability to effectively sell our swim program to clients and provide excellent customer service Follow all the safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures Attend monthly in-service training Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday) High School Diploma NO Seasonal hires, please!

Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills, including phone etiquette Love working with children Have experience in a customer service role What does a Water Safety Instructor do? As a Water Safety Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents. What does a Guest Service Associate do? As a Guest Service Associate, you will greet families warmly, answer phone calls, help families choose the right swim program, and address any customer concerns, including scheduling, billing, or account questions.
