In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster curiosity, develop foundational skills, and support the overall growth of children in our preschool setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and make a positive impact on children's early development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including toddler care and preschool exercises Help with classroom setup, material preparation, and cleanup to ensure a stimulating learning space Monitor individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or autism, providing personalized support as needed Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere Support curriculum development efforts by contributing ideas for lesson planning and activity execution Skills Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings Knowledge of special education strategies and behavior management techniques Ability to assist with lesson planning across subjects like literacy education and math fundamentals Familiarity with classroom management tools and techniques to create a positive learning environment Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly desirable Ability to adapt activities for toddlers and preschoolers using Montessori or other educational approaches Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for early childhood education Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds today!
