Scholarship Program Real opportunities for career growth within a growing organization A supportive leadership team and positive work environment What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and learning experiences Help manage routines including meals, nap time, transitions, and outdoor play Engage children in hands-on, age-appropriate activities Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children throughout the day with care and attention Communicate professionally with families and team members Assist with observations and support each child's development What You Need High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older DCF 45-Hour Training (completed or within 90 days of hire) Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in classroom activities Must pass Level II background screening Preferred (Not Required) Previous childcare or classroom experience Experience working with children with diverse learning needs Basic understanding of early childhood development Who Does Well Here Dependable and positive Enjoys working as part of a team Patient, caring, and engaged with children Flexible and willing to help where needed Interested in growing in the early childhood field Apply Today If you're looking for a stable, supportive workplace where you can grow and make a real impact on children's lives, we'd love to meet you.
