Job Description

Join Our Team at Oak Crest Preschool! Oak Crest Preschool is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Floater / Closing Director to join our team. If you love working with children, enjoy supporting teachers, and thrive in a positive environment, we'd love to hear from you! This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and enjoys taking on a leadership role to help ensure the school runs smoothly each day. Position Responsibilities Assist in classrooms as needed throughout the day Support teachers and maintain a safe, nurturing environment Help with daily operations and transitions Communicate professionally with parents and staff Oversee afternoon and closing procedures Ensure classrooms and common areas are ready for the next day Qualifications Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable attitude High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a Level II background screening Strong communication and organizational skills Previous childcare or leadership experience preferred A genuine love for working with young children What We Offer Full-time position, Monday through Friday Supportive and family-oriented work environment Paid training and opportunities for growth The chance to make a difference in the lives of children every day Once hired, candidates will be required to complete the Florida 45-hour childcare training course (if not already completed).
