As we launch this new program, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher's Assistant to join our growing team. Our program will open with mixed-age VPK and Kindergarten classrooms and will continue to grow each year until it serves students in VPK through 5th grade . Rooted in the Montessori philosophy, this program will provide a child-centered learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, create, and learn at their own pace. The ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, collaborative, and passionate about supporting young children in a calm, engaging classroom setting.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's Degree required Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred Appreciation for child-centered learning and Montessori philosophy Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience or certification in Montessori methods is a plus Why join our team?
