In this role, you will inspire and guide aspiring beauty professionals by delivering engaging, comprehensive instruction across a wide range of cosmetology and barbering disciplines. Your expertise will help students develop their skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, esthetic treatments, nail care, and barbering techniques. Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom instruction and practical demonstrations in cosmetology and barbering techniques, including hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, facials, makeup application, body waxing, threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments Follow detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to ensure comprehensive coverage of all topics Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure safety and proper technique execution Provide constructive feedback to students to support skill development and confidence building Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative methods into teaching practices Assist in evaluating student progress through assessments and practical evaluations Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning Experience Proven experience as a licensed cosmetologist or barber with expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, facials, makeup application, nail care, and aesthetic treatments Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or cosmetology instruction is highly preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to cosmetology and barbering procedures Ability to effectively teach complex concepts related to , body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments Demonstrated ability to motivate students and foster a supportive learning environment Join us in empowering future beauty professionals!
