We are looking for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.

Requirements:

Experience working with toddlers (preferred) Familiarity with Frog Street Curriculum Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold (or willingness to learn) CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred DCF 45 Hours required Level 2 Background Clearance required Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Implement daily lesson plans using Frog Street Curriculum Conduct observations and assessments through Teaching Strategies Gold Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Communicate effectively with families and team members
