www.cesacademy.net Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Paraprofessional (Teacher Assistant) to join our education team . In this full-time, hourly role, you will work alongside teachers to support student learning, classroom management, and day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children in a faith-based, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with instructional activities and classroom supervision Support students one-on-one or in small groups, particularly those needing extra help Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources Help maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment Monitor student behavior and support implementation of behavior strategies Promote the school's Christian values through your interactions and support Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to meet student needs Provide as needed, substitute teaching when teacher is out Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings required Understanding of child development and learning differences required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, patient, and able to work collaboratively Commitment to upholding Christian values in the school environment Successful completion of Level II background screening Why Join CES Academy?Hours:
