Role:

Hours:

8:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Full-Time Position) Morning Focus (8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.): You'll work hand-in-hand with our amazing VPK Teacher, assisting with engaging activities, hands-on lessons, and creating a vibrant classroom environment where learning feels like play. Your creativity and support will help our little learners thrive! Afternoon Focus (12:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.): After lunch, you'll break the other teachers, and cover for teachers who leave in the afternoon guiding children through structured activities, story time, outdoor play, and enriching lessons. You'll foster independence, creativity, and a love for learning in every child.

What We're Looking For:

A love for children and early education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Creativity and enthusiasm to bring lesson plans to life. Patience, warmth, and a nurturing spirit. Experience in early childhood education or VPK is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Assist in planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Support classroom management and maintain a positive, structured environment. Foster social, emotional, and educational development. Build strong connections with children, parents, and team members. Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness at all times.
