Job Summary We are seeking energetic and passionate Assistant and Lead Teachers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating engaging, nurturing, and educational environments for young learners. You will support curriculum development, implement lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and foster a love of learning in children. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence early childhood development while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Lead classroom activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and active participation among children. Support classroom management strategies to maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with team members to plan lessons that align with educational standards and individual student needs. Work closely with children to support their emotional well-being, behavior management, and overall development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and classroom events. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety regulations. Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Experience with curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education. Familiarity with early intervention practices and standardized testing procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs using methods such as Montessori or other educational philosophies. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Passion for fostering a positive learning environment that supports child welfare and holistic growth.
