A warm heart and a cool head 45 Hours of DCF training completed (will accept entry level individuals who are working on this for the support staff positions) CDA or degree in ECE (not required, but preferred) A creative, flexible mindset Strong communication with kiddos, coworkers, and parents A team spirit and a passion for helping little learners grow
