Role:
Join the Primrose School of Buford as an Assistant Teacher, where you'll inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. Be a part of a dedicated team that fosters a love for learning and supports the growth of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and engagement. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children. Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits.
Requirements:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for early childhood education and child development. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Background check clearance as required by state regulations. Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children. High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
