If you're excited about singing, dancing, and storytelling with kids, we want to hear from you! This role involves collaborating with co-teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the children in your care. Job Details:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

On-site Duties The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn. Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and active listening. Providing individualized support to children with diverse needs, and working collaboratively with the team to create an inclusive environment. Staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in early childhood education. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes children's learning and development. Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Representing the school positively and professionally in interactions with parents, visitors, and the community. Contributing to the overall success of the school by being a team player, and participating in school events and activities. Requirements High energy and enthusiasm for working with young children. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Able to work well with others and as part of a team. Strong understanding of child development and its application in the classroom. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be 18 years or older. Must clear a full Background check.
