  • Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for 3 and 4 year olds.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow by using gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and connection.
  • Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social interactions.
  • Help with daily routines such as mealtime, outdoor learning, activities, naptime, and potty training.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with co-teacher to better serve students. ` Experience
  • Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with working with children with autism or other special needs is a plus as we are an inclusive program.
