The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. In this role, you will work in close partnership with Lead Teachers to support our students' social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and well-maintained classroom routines.

Key Responsibilities Instructional Support:

Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that align with educational standards.

Environment Maintenance:

Help create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student exploration.

Behavioral Guidance:

Support effective classroom management by promoting positive social interactions and providing 1-on-1 guidance to students when needed.

Observation & Documentation:

Assist the Lead Teacher in observing and documenting children's progress to help tailor instruction to individual needs.

Professional Communication:

Engage with parents and families regarding student daily updates and progress in a professional, supportive manner.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with the teaching team and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and ensure smooth transitions throughout the school day.

Continuous Growth:

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications & Requirements Background:

Experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Classroom Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to help manage classroom dynamics and student transitions.

Organizational Support:

Ability to assist with classroom operations, including preparing materials and organizing resources for daily activities.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Passion:

A genuine desire to educate young children and foster their growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Adaptability:

Ability to support diverse learning styles and help implement creative lesson plans under the guidance of the Lead Teacher.
