After School Program Aides High School Students:
Get Paid to Make a Difference This School Year Looking for a part-time job that's more meaningful than retail or food service? Join Kamaʻāina Kids as an After School Group Leader Aide and spend your afternoons helping elementary students learn, play, and grow in a fun, supportive environment. This is the perfect opportunity for high school students interested in education, childcare, leadership, coaching, social work, or simply gaining valuable work experience while making a positive impact in their community. Pukalani Area Part-Time | $17/hr | No Evenings or Weekends Why Students Love This Role Earn $17/hour Build leadership and communication skills Gain experience that looks great on college, scholarship, and job applications Work alongside experienced mentors and educators Have fun while making a difference in a child's day Consistent weekday schedule that works around school What You'll Do As a Group Leader Aide, you'll support our program team by: Assisting with games, activities, and crafts Helping younger students stay engaged and included Encouraging positive behavior and teamwork Supporting homework and learning activities Being a positive role model for elementary-aged children Helping create a safe and welcoming environment Who Can Apply?
