Job Description

Special Education Paraeducators Needed:
2026-2027 East Union Elementary Afton, Iowa 4-Day week
Primary Duties:
Ensure student safety. Under direction of professional staff, apply instructional strategies with students individually or in group settings. Implement behavior management strategies. Assist with supervision of students in all areas of the school setting. Complete required training associated with job assignment. Other duties may be assigned. Assignments may vary based on building and district needs.
