Support students with behavioral challenges by implementing intervention plans and fostering a positive, safe learning environment. Bettendorf Community School District seeks compassionate and skilled individuals to work alongside special education staff and administrators at the elementary school level.

Rate of Pay:
$19.42/hour
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to implement behavior plans and maintain consistent expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to challenging behavior Flexibility and adaptability to meet student needs Prior experience with students with behavioral or emotional disabilities preferred CPI training or willingness to obtain preferred Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
