Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and maintain confidentiality while remaining calm Courteous and professional when interacting with students, staff, and the public Ability to provide instruction based on lesson plans and assist individual students in comprehending concepts Effective communication skills with students, teachers, staff, and sometimes parents Willingness to participate in additional professional development outside regular work hours High school diploma or equivalent required.
