Support student learning and growth by assisting in the classroom and working closely with teachers and staff. Bettendorf Community School District is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our high school team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with students in a school setting
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and maintain confidentiality while remaining calm Courteous and professional when interacting with students, staff, and the public Ability to provide instruction based on lesson plans and assist individual students in comprehending concepts High school diploma or equivalent required. Effective communication skills with students, teachers, staff, and sometimes parents Willingness to participate in additional professional development outside regular work hours Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.
