What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you should: At least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or GED (or in progress) Have 1 year of childcare experience required Feel confident interacting with children and communicating with parents Be willing and able to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, etc.) Have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time Be able to stay active throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
