Preschool Teacher Associate Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? Join our team as a Preschool Teacher Associate and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children every day. Working alongside a lead teacher, you will help create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Responsibilities Support the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Assist in planning and leading hands-on learning activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and exploration. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Observe and document children's progress and share developmental milestones with the teaching team and families. Encourage positive behavior through patience, consistency, and age-appropriate guidance. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a clean, organized classroom. Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Ability to engage young learners through play-based and hands-on learning experiences. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. Child Development Associate (CDA), early childhood coursework, or other childcare certifications are preferred but not required.
