Assist students and teachers in the learning environment. Qualifications
Mandatory:
High School Graduate Ability to work with people Ability to organize and maintain files and materials
Desirable:
Past paraprofessional experience Duties and tasks of the Position Assist students in the modifications to their individual education program. Maintain group discipline in an education setting. Organize education material or ideas. Establish & maintain relationships with students. Mentor students on their study and life skills. Monitor student classroom activities. Use behavior modification techniques. Participate in staff training programs.
Employment Information:
Employed by the Sioux Center Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.
