The Residential Habilitation Program Assistant is responsible for the day to day support of the Program Coordinators. Participants in our program are adults with developmental disabilities and require on-going support and supervision to reside in the community. The Program Assistant will support direct care staff, appointments for participants, medications, program implementation and various others duties. Must be very detail oriented, flexible, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks. Must have great communication skills, both in oral and written in a professional manner. Other Requirements 2 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (Preferred) 1 year experience in management/supervision preferred Is at least twenty-one (21) years of age Can satisfactorily completed a criminal history check in accordance with
