Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma required Experience as a Paraprofessional, particularly in school settings, preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities Offer individual or small group instruction to reinforce learning concepts Assist in managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive environment Help prepare materials and maintain organized learning spaces Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, cafeterias, and playgrounds

Position Details:
