Job Description
Job Summary Donnelly Elementary School is seeking a dedicated Intervention Paraprofessional to support the educational and behavioral needs of students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will assist the Intervention Specialist and classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and providing individualized attention to students. Duties
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom activities and lesson planning
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as directed by the teacher
- Support literacy education and childhood development initiatives
- Help educate students on social skills and positive behavior reinforcement Experience
- High School diploma required; college and or related experiences preferred; background with reading, writing, and math instruction preferred; work with at-risk populations preferred; guest teachers or substitutes with elementary experience preferred.
