Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers to deliver individualized support to students in both group and one-on-one settings Assist in the implementation of classroom activities and behavior support plans Provide encouragement and guidance to foster students academic and personal growth Monitor student progress and report observations to instructional staff Help maintain a safe, positive classroom environment Contribute to daily classroom routines, transitions, and educational enrichment activities This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pmallowing for a three-day weekend and a balanced work-life rhythm.
