ANNOUNCEMENT
Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for part-time, non-union Teacher's Aides in the Adult Education department. Teacher's Aides are hired on an as-needed basis. Your application will be placed in a pool for review as part-time, non-union assignments become available.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, the instructor aide is responsible for assisting an instructor in the classroom. Aides may take attendance, assist with testing, provide information and direction for specific students and help with classroom arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Bachelor's degree required. 2. Previous teaching experience required. 3. Good oral and written communications skills.
PAY AND HOURS
$26.50 per hour, up to 9 hours per week
