Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to assigned student, assisting with classroom participation and activities Encourage positive social and academic behaviors through modeling and gentle guidance Help implement instructional plans developed by classroom teachers Assist with transitions, routines, and any personal needs throughout the school day Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere Document progress and communicate relevant observations to teaching staff This role provides a fantastic way to build your experience in educational support within a focused, hands-on setting.
