Onsite, School-Based Previous school-based experience strongly preferred Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and/or classroom support to students Assist teachers with academic and behavioral interventions Support students with special education and individualized needs Help implement IEP accommodations and classroom strategies Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student engagement Collaborate with teachers and other school staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus Strong communication, patience, and reliability Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school teams This is a great opportunity for an experienced para looking to join a supportive school environment in the Berwyn/Chicago area for the 2026-2027 school year.
