Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of a Lead Teacher
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
  • Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Change diapers and assist with potty training
  • Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues
  • Communicate with parents about their child's day and progress
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
Requirements:
  • Willing to gain experience working with children in a childcare setting
  • Willing to develop communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors
  • Ability to work as part of a team
