Job Description
Join our team as a Teacher/Teaching Assistant where you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students. Working alongside teachers and staff, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and fostering the overall development of our students.
Duties:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
- Assist in managing the classroom
- Maintain a clean and organized learning space conducive to student success Teacher Assistants must have a high school diploma or GED Teachers must have 60 hours of college with 6 hours in ECE Must be able to pass a background check Dependable Be able to work with others and share classroom responsibilities Complete 20 hours of continuing education yearly Maintain a positive attitude
