Job Description

About Us CDH Educational Center, LLC is a therapeutic day school serving students (Pre-K-8) with autism and related disabilities. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we provide individualized support to help students meet IEP goals and build meaningful academic and life skills.
We're Hiring:
Full-Time Paraprofessionals (RBTs) What You'll Do Support students 1:1 or in small groups using ABA strategies Assist with daily routines, life skills, and social interactions Help implement lesson plans and behavior intervention plans Collect data and collaborate with teachers and behavior analysts Create a positive, structured learning environment What We're Looking For High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred in education, psychology, or related field) Age 19+ with reliable transportation Paraprofessional or Substitute License required Experience with autism/ABA preferred (training provided, including 40-hour RBT course) Why Join CDH?
