Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting or related environment Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior intervention strategies Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with students exhibiting diverse needs High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus

Essential Responsibilities:
