Join our team as a community day services direct support professional (DSP)! Here you are able to assist adults with intellectual disabilities engage in programming and participate in community activities. Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training A high school diploma or GED Lift 50 lbs Pass a criminal background check

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) Duties Assist individuals with personal care needs
• all ADL's Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning.

Monitor individuals and engage in redirection. Document individual's activities, concerns and progress notes as required. Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles. Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.
