• Full-time Job Summary As a Assistant Teacher, you will play a Supportive role in providing a stimulating and developmentally appropriate educational environment for children. You will be responsible for assisting in the classroom, with the curriculum, and fostering a positive learning experience. Duties
• Assist with lesson plans that align with educational standards
• Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program
• Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
• Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed Qualifications
• Preferred experience, however not required in curriculum development and implementation
• Preferred experience, however not required knowledge of Montessori or other educational methodologies
• Preferred experience, however not required experience working with children or students in an educational setting
• Background in childcare, special education, or related field is advantageous
