Teacher Assistant (with experience)

Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members Monitor and assess the development of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote healthy lifestyles Provide tutoring and assistance with math concepts as needed Assist with daily care routines, including diaper changing and supporting children with potty training Support classrooms across all age groups, from infants through Pre-K, based on the needs of the building

Education & Experience:

Associates in Early Childhood Preferred Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting Strong knowledge of child welfare and development principles Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
